Sep 21st 1905 - Meeting of Committee held on Sep 21st 1905.
Mr Hopcroft occupied the chair & the following members were also present.
Messrs Hanson, Bellamy, Is' Abbott, A Hampson, Morton & W H Cotton.
It was resolved that we order 12 Packs Cards.
It was resolved that in connection with the entertainments, 7 members should be elected as a Sub Committee to carry out the arrangements and
that 4 should form a quorum.
The following were then elected:
Messrs Hopcroft, Bellamy, Is Abbott, Henson, Wm Whitmore, Walloff & F Morton.
It was decided to hold the first meeting on Monday 25th inst.
It was decided to give full power to this Committee to conduct all the business appertaining to the entertainments.
The question re the purchase of a stove for the Billiard room was deferred till next meeting.
It was resolved that certain members who were in arrears with their subscriptions should be written to.
It was resolved that the gas fittings in the Billiard room should be attended & that a pendant (the one in our possession) should be put up between
the table and the fireplace. And also that same, together with one now on
chimney brest should be fitted with incandescent lights.
Next meeting Sep 18.
Resolved that Billiard Tournament remain open till Saturday in Wake Week &
that no-one should be allowed to participate in the Prelims who had not played
15 games by that time.

Oct 21st 1905 - Meeting of Committee held on Oct 21st 1905.
Mr T Whitmore in the chair. The following members were also present:-
J Walloff, J Henson, A Hampson, W H Abbott, F Morton & T J Bellamy.
Proposed by W H Abbott that the Annual Meeting be held on Oct 23rd, seconded by Mr J Henson.
Proposed by T J Bellamy that the Landlord be asked to clean the inside of the Institute. Seconded by Mr I Abbott.
Proposed by Mr I Abbott that we have a supper of coffee & potted beef sandwiches free. Seconded by T J Bellamy. 1/- each being offered by Pres & Sec.

Oct 23rd 1905 - Report of Annual Meeting held on Oct 23rd 1905.
Mr T Whitmore read the financial report for the year, which was duly passed on the motion of Mr Whitmore seconded by Mr Is Abbott.
The auditors were thanked for their services & re-elected on the motion of Mr Is Abbott seconded by Mr W Whitmore.

Mr Is Abbott brought forward the question of the advisability of making collections at the social evenings, and on his motion, sec by Mr Bellamy
it was agreed that collections should be made & that on such occasions no charges be made to visitors.
The following were elected to fill the offices for ensuing year.
